A: Definitely!  We understand that your Co-Parenting journey can sometimes be a bumpy road!  Enlightened Littles was started by a Co-Parenting mom who wanted to help her young toddler understand his new Co-Parenting schedule, and as a result our sole mission is to help other Co-Parenting families better adjust to their new family dynamic.  Feel free to visit the "Contact Us" page to access all the ways you can reach out to us.  We've been there, and we're here to help!  

Q: Where can I go to get Co-Parenting support and resources?

A: At Enlightened Littles, Co-Parenting is near and dear to our hearts, it is often the focus of the products we develop. Q: Are your products environmentally-friendly?

A: Definitely!  We know that the best approach to enjoying this beautiful planet is to take care of it!  - Which is why we are a very environmentally-conscious business.  From locally-sourced vendors and creating products that are all lovingly made and assembled in the United States - we strive to minimize our carbon footprint.  In addition, we use recycled materials whenever possible.  In fact, the stainless steel that we use for our Calendars is 100% recycled stainless steel.

Q: Can your products be customized?

A: Absolutely!  We understand that anything that can be done to make your little one's schedule easier for them to understand, the better!  -Which is why we offer custom orders.  Simply send a detailed  email to: info@eLittles.com.

Q: Does the Co-Parenting Calendar come with any magnets?

A: Yes, each Calendar comes with a set of 18 magnets which include: (7) "Mommy" magnets, (7) "Daddy" magnets, and (4) "Transfer Day" magnets.

Q: Why is there a "More Mommies + Daddies" Accessory Pack for the Co-Parenting Calendar?

A: We offer the More Mommies + Daddies Accessory Pack for families that like to plot out every day of the month on their Calendar.  Some families also have more frequent transfers / exchange days, so they have a need for more "Transfer Days" magnets and more "Mommy" and / or "Daddy" magnets for their Calendar?  Never fear!  The "More Mommy's and Daddy's" Accessory Pack comes with a total of 18 additional magnets to make sure all days are lovingly accounted for.  Of the 18 magnets, this Accessory Pack features 7 more "Mommy" magnets, 7 more "Daddy" magnets, and 4 more "Transfer Day" magnets.

Q: How do I use the "My Lil' Schedule" Accessory Pack?

A: All of our magnets (including the ones in the "My Lil' Schedule" Accessory Pack are strong enough that they can magnetize to either the Calendar itself or another magnet.  The way that we've most often used the schedule magnets is to put them on top of the "Mommy" or "Daddy" magnet so that your child knows both which parent they'll be with and what activity (i.e. Daycare, School, Travel, etc) they'll be doing with that parent.

Q: Where are your products made?

Q: Do you have Parenting Time Calendars for Military families?

A: Absolutely!  We are passionate about supporting families and providing children with tools that help them make sense of the world around them.  Designed just for Military families, our "Home Tweet Home" Parenting Time Calendar is great for children in Military Families!  Our kid-adored Parenting Time Calendar helps children in military families understand their parents’ travel and deployment schedule!

Q: How do I hang the Co-Parenting Calendar?

A: Great question!  Due to their large size, we recommend that you use the 4 mounting screws that are included in the shipment of your calendar.

Q: How should I wash my Calendar?

A: Since our calendars are made from durable stainless steel, they will last a long time and may need to be dusted off every once in a while.  Especially with the many fingerprints of little hands, we know that a good cleaning can make your calendar sparkle like new again!  Although mild use of most household cleaning products usually works, we've found that the best method is to spray a small amount of rubbing alcohol onto a cloth and rub the cloth lightly on the calendar until it sparkles!

 Q: Do you have an online Co-Parenting Calendar?

A: Yes we do!  However it is currently in beta (testing) mode to ensure that it is the best, worry-free solution for you and your family.  Once the Online  Co-Parenting Calendar is perfect, we will have a section on our website for that.

Q: Can I place an order without creating an account?

A: Absolutely!  We don't force our customers to do anything that they don't feel comfortable with.  You never have to sign-up for our Newsletter.  In fact, even if you want to place an order you can always checkout as a guest.  Simply select "Checkout as guest" when placing your order.  As a guest you'll never receive any promotional emails from us.  Instead, you'll only receive information on your order status if you place an order with us.  If you've signed up for our newsletter and want to stop receiving our emails, simply click the "Unsubscribe" link in your email to be taken off of our list.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?

A: Absolutely! Just enter your address at checkout, and you will be able to select your desired shipping method.

Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

A: Definitely!  We work with several shipping carriers to ensure that your Co-Parenting products are shipped as efficiently and expediently as possible!.

Q: How can I get a discount code?

A: To receive special discounts and related discount codes for our products, simply subscribe to our newsletter and you'll be the first to know about our upcoming promotions.

Q: I forgot my password, what do I do?

A: No worries, we get it!  With all of the websites requiring unique passwords, it's easy to forget which password you used for which website!  If you've forgotten your password or your password isn't working, simply click the "Forgot your password" link below the login fields when at the Login page.

Q: Can I place my order if my Billing Address is different than my Shipping Address?

A: Absolutely! During checkout you'll be given the option to specify your billing address associated with your method of payment as well as where you would like your product shipped.
